I provide individual CBT to adults 18+.

My private practice takes place during office hours between Monday and Friday.
Sessions typically take place on a weekly basis and last 50 minutes.
They can be either face to face in Hitchin or Barnet or online via zoom.
 
If self-funding payment is due on or before the day of each session.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash or cheque.
 
For online session payment is due before the session by bank transfer.

If you have medical insurance, I can also bill your insurance provider directly. I am registered with the following companies:

Please contact your insurance company to obtain authorization for treatment. You may also need to be referred by a GP or Psychiatrist.

Please give 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. 
Cancellations after this will be subject to full payment for that session.
