confidenceThe most important opinion in our lives is the one we have about ourselves. Despite this many of us learn to be unduly concerned with what others think of us. We also spend so much time and effort looking after everyone else that we don’t take proper care of ourselves, mentally or physically. It is vitally important that we look after ourselves properly and this is not a selfish act because we are better able to help those around us when we are happy with ourselves.
Limiting beliefs and negative thoughts are learned over time and so with CBT you can unlearn these bad habits and be happy with yourself.
