I am a fully qualified and registered hypnotherapist and coach. After initial training as a musician in Northern Ireland I moved to London in 1995 to pursue a career as a professional trombonist. It was during this time that I first became interested in therapy, initially in relation to performance. After completing a Masters degree in psychology for musicians and a certificate in Clinical Hypnosis in 1999 I decided to pursue therapy as a career and then went about acquiring the training and knowledge necessary. I initially worked mainly with performers but my practice has grown to encompass sports performance and life coaching as well as the many areas in which hypnosis is so useful. I hold a practitioner diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and am a full member of both the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis and Association for Coaching. I have now been in practice for over 8 years and run a successful private practice as well as being a performance coach at Trinity College of Music.
