About Life Coaching Print E-mail

There is no doubt that life is becoming more and more complex: with greater opportunities come more demands on our time and energy.
Amid these demands we can lose sight of what is really important to us in life:

  • What kind of lifestyle do we want?
  • What do we want to achieve?
  •  What kind of family and social life do we want?
  • What kind of relationships do we want to have?

More and more people are taking a proactive approach to their lives and seeking the help of a "life coach" - just as athletes, actors, singers, and other performers use coaches to achieve their best. Many of the skills and strategies that I use to help these performers are transferable to our day to day lives.

As a life coach, however, I am not only concerned with "achievement" and "performance". My job is to be someone you can talk to confidentially. I will listen and respond to your ideas and help you to shape your owns goals and intentions into actions. . You will learn how you can control your own thought processes and achieve what you want out of life.

Coaching can be useful in many areas including

  • Goal setting
  • Getting the work/ life balance right
  • Improving relationships with partner, family, or work colleagues
  • Working on promotion
  • Planning a project
  • Organisation and motivation
  • Time management
  • Stress management
  • Relaxation
